Around 100 guests of the schools of applied arts and art academies taking part waited with great anticipation for the Young Creative Chevrolet Switzerland official awards ceremony in the L’Atlantic cinema in Lausanne. A celebration worthy of the occasion then took place accompanied by a fashion show put on by the participating Canvas school from Lausanne.  

The goal of the Visual Arts competition was to modify the external design of the new Spark compact car, in such a way that this further reinforces its electrifying character. The jury’s verdict: Jonathan Ribeiro Da Costa of the Centro Scolastico per le Industrie Arti (CSIA) in Lugano best succeeded in putting this goal into practice.
 
In the Fashion discipline, we asked the contestants to create a futuristic outfit inspired by the characteristic design of the groundbreaking electric Chevrolet Volt. The award for the best designed Swiss outfit goes to Tamara Péres from the Canvas school in Lausanne.
